Sometimes an item simply is not quite right — and that is completely understandable. If your purchase is not what you expected, you can request a return through our straightforward returns process.

You may register your return within 30 days of delivery using our return form. Once we receive your request, our team will aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time.
